As I read this Psalm I am reminded of all the ways that God has worked in our adoption story. It is clear that His hand has been in it the entire time. There are too many things that have worked out more perfectly than could have been hoped for or imagined to be coincidence. I have so many reasons to be thankful and to sing praise. Our God is so loving and amazing. He is faithful and good. When faced with trials or uncertain times, recount the things that God has done in your life. See His hand at work and sing praise.
The LORD is a stronghold for the oppressed,
a stronghold in times of trouble.
And those who know your name put their trust in you,
for you, O LORD, have not forsaken those who seek you.
Psalm 9:9-10 ESV
